It's taking a bit longer than I had anticipated, but it is close to
finished.  I welcome further contributions to this project, especially
since our comments about recent PLAYBOY issues are by now quite
outdated.  It's easy for me to add to the excerpts from our
discussions, also -- the more time consuming part is the text I am
writing myself.
