Elaine Reynolds' centerfold (October 1959) is about as simple and 
classic as they get. A beautiful, naked, smiling woman sitting up on a 
bed, her face full of the joy of the moment and anticipation of the joy 
that is just moments away.

There's nothing extra here. There's just enough of the bed visible to 
show us this is a bedroom. The picture on the wall is just enough to 
balance out the other elements in the picture. The light blue blanket 
takes up just enough space to add weight to the picture without dragging 
it down.

Heterosexual male or not, you can't look at this picture of Elaine 
without noticing her breasts. Playboy's editorial staff conducted a 
survey of which Playmate had the largest and awarded the prize to 
Rosemarie Hillcrest. I'd have to go with Elaine.

What's even better is that the size is secondary to how comfortable she 
seems about them. The attitude of the woman they're attached to is the 
single most important factor in how attractive breasts seem to me. All 
of Elaine is attractive in this pin-up, and there are hints that much, 
much more attractiveness is just waiting to be discovered.
