If we play our cards right, we can be one of those vagaries. The problem I have with this centerfold is it is so obviously a studio shot. No one in 1961 or 2003 has a house like this. Well, not if a heterosexual man lives there, or even stops by for a visit. That aside, the set does what it's supposed to do: draw attention to Karen. I just wish it hadn't made itself so obvious in the process. It's a nice pose for Karen; prescient of the pose struck by Astrid Schultz. The pose allows us to contemplate the various curves Karen's legs and breasts take. Another nice touch was the way the gauze gets progressively thicker the closer it gets to being a fig leaf. Colors are handled very well here. The gold birdcage accents the right side of the picture and extends the brown/gold pillows and couch. Th bowl of cherries is placed well. Some white and gold sets never worked for me, but this one is fine.
