In Sharon Cintron's centerfold (May 1963) she's been in a chair eating 
an apple, and now this Eve will be tempting our Adam in other ways.

In this centerfold the fruit works, a rare situation. The difference is 
that we've caught the action at the very top of the arc. The motion has 
just stopped, and Sharon's poised to make her next move. Sharon isn't 
sure what to do with the apple, and her posture and expression match 
this on-the-edge tension. It gives the viewer a reason to look at the 
picture.

The pose is very good for Sharon. She's got a great bottom and it 
receives its due. Not quite as noticeable to the average male is her 
very attractive back. The twist she's in wouldn't last very long in real 
life, but I love the way it forms lines in rising spirals. Even better, 
it makes it easy to think about how nice it is to give a topless woman a 
back rub. It's an even bigger reason to look at the centerfold.

The set and Sharon's hair style are both products of their times. I 
would have gone with an off-the-face style for Sharon.
