In Fran Gerard's centerfold (March 1967) she's just arisen from a long 
night's sleep (or something) and is about to get her day started (or 
something).

I've got nothing against glasses. I wear a pair myself. Both Kym Herrin 
and Carole Vitale look stunning in their centerfolds. The problem with 
Fran's is that people don't wear glasses to bed unless they're planning 
to read themselves to sleep. The glasses look very good on Fran and as 
dated as they are they still compliment her looks. Fran's got a stunning 
figure as well. The pink baby dolls add a slight sense of mystery that 
was very popular 40-50 years ago and isn't a bad thing now. If Fran 
stays in the glasses I think an office fantasy would have been the 
better setting. Keep the pajamas and the glasses should disappear.

I love Fran's expression. She's showing the goods, but we'll have to 
convince her to share them with us. From the look on her face, it's 
going to be a fun ride no matter where it leads.

Light is used well here. The pink ribbons lighten Fran's hair and give 
her enough youth to add to the sense of fun.
