In Kristine Hanson's centerfold (September 1974) she reminds us that 
while a night alone in the woods can be very scary, a night alone with 
the right person can be wonderful.

Kristine does not make a glamourous model, but she is a very good one in 
the sense that a variety of poses look really good on her. This is one 
of them. It allows her breasts, torso, hips and legs to take on very 
attractive and pleasing shapes while at the same time looking very 
un-forced and casual. Especially those marvelous hips! In a couple of 
shots Kristine has a hard edge to her, the kind of edge that usually 
goes with leather attire and more than a few insults. In the centerfold 
she shows a softer sexy and alluring side.

I like the use of light in this photo. It's a studio shot so there was a 
lot of control available to the photographer and art staff. I like the 
way the background is so dark while Kristine is so bright. I like the 
way the blues of the coffeepot and cup tie into the background. These 
blues also serve to really bring out Kristine's stunning tan.
