Dan Stiffler and I have a major disagreement about the message being
communicated in Teri Peterson's centerfold (July 1980). He sees a very
positive one. I think Teri is asking us "What the hell are YOU looking
at?"

Leaving that moot point aside, this is one hell of a centerfold. Teri
is a gorgeous model, illustrating the attractiveness of a thin
woman. I absolutely love the way she has some tension in her whole
body which outlines and defines her stunning figure. The framing
effect around her left breast is an excellent choice.

I'm not a fan of pin-ups that cover the model in something - milk,
honey, oil, dirt or whatever. They usually look way too false. Here
I'll make an exception. The vaguely North African architecture of the
set coupled with the oil lightly applied to Teri makes a unified
theme, and helps Teri look her best.

If only Teri had a slightly more inviting expression. I suppose I
could put my fingers over that part of the centerfold, but it's the
most important part of a woman. That's why despite Teri looking good
enough to stop traffic I can't call this centerfold a winner.
