Not all the steam can be traced to hot water. If you look in any beginner's guide to photography, it will almost always advise against dividing a picture in half. Here the division is reinforced several ways, primarily the mirror/tile line. It's the exception that proves the rule. That's not the first thing I noticed, by any stretch. First is Carmen. She has a great look and a body that leaves nothing wanting. A full frontal nude like this makes it impossible to use any of those tricks that downplay "imperfections". It's bodies like Carmen's that have inspired artists for millennia. The way the light plays across her torso really highlights the classical nature of her form. The dark tone of this centerfold adds to Carmen's sultry look. The white slippers and the white rode that's almost ready to fall to the floor add a perfect highlight. Carmen has been posed with just enough of a twist to add a sense of flow and imminent action. The heart on the mirror was a tricky thing. Any more distinct and the corn factor alone would have ruined the effect.
