In Echo Johnson's centerfold (January 1993) we're surprised by her out 
in the barn. We had tulip bulb planting on our minds; she's got 
something else.

Echo's the best thing about this centerfold, but I really like a couple 
of elements of the implied situation as well. Putting her in a barn or 
garden shed was a very good choice, as even modern city dwellers have 
caught on to al the clandestine and private things that can happen in a 
barn. Secondly I like how Echo's posture and expression suggest that it 
was her idea to surprise us out here. I don't mind fantasies were I'm 
the aggressor, but I hate rape fantasies.

Good colors here for Echo. The slight twist in her posture is almost too 
much, but it doesn't go that extra degree. Although she's not going to 
be doing too much farm or garden work in those boots, the small detail 
pattern in them (as well as the lace in her dress) were good choices for 
the contrasting accents they provide.

Come to think of it, the only shiny barn floors I know of you don't want 
to put a rug on. This definitely is a fantasy.
