In Anna-Marie Goddard's centerfold (January 1994) she has tossed off her 
robe and is waiting for us to make the next move.

Anna-Marie is one of several Playmates who were not well served by their 
centerfold shots. Almost all of Anna-Marie's other Playboy photos strike 
me as better on one plane or another.

The centerfold does have merit. I like the setting, especially the blue 
striped sheets on the bed. The blue-grey colors with the pink accents 
make Anna-Marie look more sultry than plain daylight. Her pose accents 
the shape of her breasts, which next to her eyes, are her best feature. 
There's a strong "A" frame formed by her arms, and her legs are folded 
in a way that makes the pose even more intriguing.

There is a quality about her expression that I find difficult to relate 
to. One moment I can look at her and get a message of unbridled 
surrender. The next I look and see a "O.K., you've seen the goods. Now 
what?" expression. Not so nice. I wish her expression were less ambiguous.

All in all it's a good shot. It's only frustrating because Playboy let 
us see so many better ones.

Cyber Club Portfolio Photo I like better than the Centerfold: # 30. It 
has a much stronger sense of the erotic, and is much more flattering to 
Anna-Marie.
