This centerfold works on many levels, but it has one major failing. I absolutely love the use of color in the centerfold. There are a variety of hues, and all of them are full and deep toned. There's not a pastel to be seen, other than Michelle's skin tones. This use of color was common in Playboy centerfolds in the late sixties. Michelle was a great choice as a Playmate. She has a curvaceous, natural figure that is well served by the pose. She has a domestic look without any sense of provincialism. Her bearing is inviting without looking whore-ish. The angle formed by the guitar and Michelle's left leg makes a nice frame for her body. Not very subtle, but still secondary to the important parts. The only change I would have made here is a bit of dulling spray on the guitar so it would compete less with Michelle. Where the centerfold falls down for me is in Michelle's expression. She looks uncomfortable, unsure, uncertain and completely unaware of the viewer. A more direct look would have made this a killer.
