In Debra Jo Fondren's centerfold (September 1977) she's kneeling on the 
forest floor primeval.

It would be pretty much impossible to take a picture, any picture, of 
Debra Jo and not work in her hair somehow. I think the way it was done 
in her centerfold represents an excellent choice. The photographer, set 
dresser or whoever has used the tawny blonde tresses to contrast with 
the green foliage. The tawny look is extended in the leather outfit 
Debra Jo is in the process of removing. Not only is it a good color 
match, but we also have a play on the wild, untamed, feral nature of her 
long hair by putting her in a wooded, wild setting.

The pose works very well for Debra Jo. It emphasizes her limber, 
youthful aspects, perhaps at the cost of downplaying her figure 
somewhat. I suppose if dramatic breasts are all you look for in a 
centerfold this is a bit disappointing, but I think it works very well.

The tentativeness of her expression was also a good choice, I think. We 
haven't tamed her just yet, but rather than a look of ignorance we can 
see the rewards that await a competent effort.
