There are some really interesting choices made here. First, Liz's costume. This sheer top reveals at the same time it conceals. That statement sums up what fashion is all about. In the centerfold it's played out in spades. Since Liz is wearing only the sheer top, part of the message is the "look what you can't get" contrasted with the "look what you will get" look on Liz's face. Some centerfolds have graphic or artistic tension, the tension here the costume and the mood conveyed by Liz. Once that choice has been made, the next interesting choice is to do all the cloth in white and contrast it with the fairly dark hair and lovely tan Liz sports. Liz is light enough that putting her under the sheer white top adds another shade of white, rather than another shade of tan. Another interesting choice was the pose. Between raising her arms and wearing a relatively tight-fitting top, this is not the curviest photo Liz has ever graced, but there is enough definition left that we can appreciate Liz for her figure.
