In Melinda Mays' centerfold (February 1983) we see what happens when you 
spill Crazy Glue. Somebody get the nail polish remover, quick!

I cannot believe this pose was approved for publication. It looks 
forced, unnatural, hokey and just plain stupid. No woman, not even a 
naked one at the edge of a bed, sits like this unless she's goofing off. 
Melinda's expression rules out that interpretation. The position of her 
left leg and arm make absolutely no sense.

Melinda makes sense however. She's an extremely attractive woman, and as 
bad as this pose is for her left side it's great for her figure, not 
just her breasts but her legs as well. The colors couldn't be better. 
The natural wood and the light tinge of pink in the bedding are 
wonderful compliments for Melinda. The white stockings are perfect.

Melinda's expression is a fine example of Playboy's mix of innocence and 
invitation. I'd love to join her in that bed.

So why screw it up with this awful pose? The "Playmate From The 
Skylight" and the "I Gotta Go Potty" poses, as bad as they are, are 
better than this one. Melinda ought to sue.
