In Kymberly Paige's centerfold (May 1987) she's been on horseback all 
day. Now we're the ones who are going to be ridden hard and put up 
wet.

Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! This one's gotta hurt! When I look at a pin-up and my 
first thought is how much pain the model must have been in when the 
photo was staged that's a sure sign of trouble. This isn't sadistic 
pain; this is pain for the sake of fashion, like a 6-inch stiletto 
heel. The small of my back just aches looking at this pose. I think 
it was done to give Kym's breasts a good line. It does, somewhat, but 
the real solution should have been to have backed up and started all 
over again.

The rest of it works pretty well. It's not particularly an erotic 
setting or mood, but the colors and textures were a very good choice 
for Kym. I really like the tans and browns with Kym. Offsetting them 
with hints of blue and white was a very good choice. I also like the 
play of textures, with denim, leather, skin and a course blanket all 
getting into the act.

Too bad about that pose thing.
