In Wendy Hamilton's centerfold (December 1991) we've taken a break from 
the mansion tour and have the opportunity to enjoy the architectural 
splendor of Wendy.

I've always been left a bit cold by this centerfold, and I think the 
problem is in Wendy's expression, especially in her eyes. The lips work 
well enough, with a full, luscious pout, but her eyes have always struck 
me as too lifeless. They seem to say that it's been a long shoot, or one 
Wendy would have rather skipped altogether.

Putting Wendy in a shot based on black and tan was a good choice. Wendy 
is bright enough to stand up to that much black, and we are reminded of 
panthers and other sensuous black examples.

I think the richness of the setting is well matched by Wendy. All those 
lines in formed by the lingerie could have all gone asunder, but instead 
they are arranged to form a pleasing whole. Putting her left arm up like 
it is makes a nice circular form for our eyes to trace that includes her 
breasts. On a brief glance her face is pleasing enough, but like I said, 
those eyes . . .
