There are fake boobs that do a fair approximation of the real thing. 
Then there's Stacy Sanches, Miss March 1995.

These tits have as much relationship to the reality as my dog does to a 
discussion of Keynesian Economics. A valiant effort has been made to 
hide just how fake they are by having Stacy cross her left arm in front 
of her chest, but you can still tell that the left breast is almost a 
perfect sphere.

I'm sorry, but real women don't look like this, especially when they're 
lying down. One of the reasons I read Our Favorite Magazine is to find 
the natural naked and erotic female form that I see covered up in (most) 
of the women I meet. A bad boob job is still hiding the breast, only 
this time it's from the inside. When the fake breast looks this bad, I 
might as well be looking at an inflatable love partner. And to think 
that she chose to look like this!

If you can get past the 100% fakery on Stacy's chest (which I obviously 
can't) you'll find a moderately fair pin-up. The colors work, the pose 
is fine, and Stacy's expression is intriguing.
