In Cara Michelle's centerfold (December 2000) she's about to certify our 
membership in the Mile High Club.

Public aviation is taking on many of the aspects of cattle herding, but 
private aviation, especially private jets, still carry with them an aura 
of romance, wealth and sophistication. These qualities are tapped to 
provide a setting for Cara. The airplane is also a strong graphic 
element, with a parabolic swoosh in the upper half of the photo. There 
is also the slightest hint of a phallic symbol, but that can be easily 
ignored in this case if you wish.

Cara is posed in a classic style. No one body part is given emphasis; 
we're invited to consider the whole package. Cara's package is more than 
up to the task. The brown coat provides a nice contrast against the 
sleek metal of the plane, and the thick black bands at the top of her 
hose compliment the proportions of her wonderful body.

Her expression is where I lose it. She just doesn't seem to be as 
involved with the process as I wish. Perhaps what I'm reading instead is 
the somewhat forced position of her right arm.

Update:
The cattle herding aspects of commercial aviation have gotten worse 
since I wrote this, even without the post-9/11 security. I'll take the 
train.
