To: pml1@yahoogroups.com Subject: [PML1] CC: Carmella DeCesare From: Mark Tomlonson Date: Tue, 01 Jul 2003 09:17:03 -0400 In Carmella DeCesare's centerfold (April 2003) she's stopped by our dorm room after a game of lacrosse. Boy, it sure was a good idea to give her our room key! This is a really good centerfold. I love how completely the image of the co-ed is carried through the whole picture. The best part of course is Carmella herself. She looks very nice from the neck down and from the neck up she's gorgeous. It's not a coifed, artificial look, but rather the look you can find on any campus, even here in the Midwest. Carmella could pass for several girls I wished would have stopped by my dorm room. I don't think it's a perfect centerfold, however. Two false notes - her skirt and her right hand - and a third - the "no co-ed" sign - are too stiff and forced for the mood set up by the rest of the centerfold. It would have been better if these same ideas had been done with a more relaxed attitude. I hope we get to see Carmella many times before her Playmate career is over. I could easily look at any of her pictures again. Yeah, I know she's not naked, but it's an outstanding pin-up and really points up her beautiful face. http://cyber.playboy.com/members/playmates/files/2003/04/centerfold.html http://cyber.playboy.com/members/playmates/files/2003/04/01-lrg.html Addenda: Like some others on this List, I can remember 1970. "Kent State" has a meaning that goes beyond the name of a Midwestern University. For the last 22 years I've worked at schools in the same athletic conference as Kent State so I hear the name quite a bit. I am surprised, frankly, that the events in Ohio and Mississippi in a spring long ago still stay with me. That PEI included a Kent State pennant in a 2003 centerfold is proof, as if I needed it, that I'm no longer the target audience for a centerfold. Mark Tomlonson Kalamazoo MI
