To: pml1@yahoogroups.com Subject: [PML1] CC: Tiffany Fallon From: Mark Tomlonson Date: Fri, 29 Apr 2005 13:52:04 -0000 In Tiffany Fallon's centerfold (December 2004) she's in front of the Christmas tree, wearing a smile that tells us in a few moments we're really going to have some fun, and not with our new Playstation. Given the class and sophistication of this centerfold, I don't think there's a Playstation under the tree. Thirty-year-old Scotch seems more likely. I love Tiffany's unbuttoned Tuxedo shirt with the rabbit head cufflinks. This costume works well on any woman, and Tiffany, with her outstanding figure and tan coloration, does it even more justice. Quality reigns throughout this centerfold, but yet it governs with a whisper. We see more of Tiffany than Golden Age centerfolds, but this is old school Playboy, and I'm loving every minute of it. Also old school is the slow strip tease we get in the PMOM feature that culminates in the centerfold. Stephen Wayda's efforts have not been betrayed by poor reproduction. We can count the goose bumps on Tiffany's hips; see every wisp of hair; see the gentle shading across her knuckles. My guess is that we're looking at an 8 x 10. Playboy used to mean the very best. Here we see it still can. And now I concur with you, Donn and Dan and retract what I was so sure of this morning. With a small amount (2x) of magnification the digital problems become glaringly obvious, and as Peggy has said, once you've seen it, you can't help but have it jump out at you. I wonder what is different about Tiffany's centerfold and Jamie Westenhiser's? Tiffany's stood up fairly well under my careful scutiny, but Jamie's fell apart on first glance. Is PEI playing around with digital, trying to get it right? Why does the quality vary so much from month to month? Mark Tomlonson
