PEI shows its worst side in Tiffany Selby's centerfold (July 2007).

This is one of the most fake centerfolds I've seen to date, save
Adrienne Moreau's (March 1963). Instead of sunshine we get Kleig
lights. Instead of a real sky we get a rear projection. Instead of a
real bust line we get silicone. Instead of real color we get Photoshop
run amok. The only thing close to genuine here is the vintage Meyers
Manx, and even that's not a real car in many respects.

What really kicks this centerfold in the groin is Tiffany's "This is
getting too creepy and I'm going to put my pants back on." smile.

Almost none of this is Tiffany's fault, nor the photographer's. They
both show in the PMOM feature and in the Cyberclub that Tiffany's a
fine looking woman who can take a great picture.

The fault lies with the person who decided this picture was the one
for the centerfold, was the one that would be the hallmark of the
magazine, was the one that most people would think of when they
thought of Tiffany.

I know there were bad centerfolds in the old days. But that's no
excuse for this.

Cyber Club Portfolio Photo I like better than the Centerfold: #3
Probably the best shot PEI has of Tiffany. Why can't we stretch the
definition of "centerfold" to include a shot like this?
